Initially, using mindfulness in combination with talk therapy, we work towards finding the strategies to help you manage your stress, so that you can live your life with intention, instead of reaction.
We then begin to explore your thoughts and feelings with mindful compassion and curiosity. You'll learn to quiet your inner critic, the part of you that constantly judges, criticizes and blames you for your mistakes, or your actions.
Our continued exploration harnesses the strength to grow that exists within you. You learn to accept your imperfections, and effectively manage the stressful ups and downs of daily life.
