One year ago Elizabeth Cush, LCPC, a licensed professional therapist and founder of Progression Counseling in Annapolis, Md., launched the Woman Worriers podcast. Since then, she has interviewed dozens of fascinating guests, including therapists and counselors, meditation teachers, personal coaches, authors and others who have shared valuable insights into anxiety, depression, trauma, fear, sexual assault, parenting, relationship challenges and more, while offering tips on mindfulness, meditation, aromatherapy, creative expression and other useful tools for coping and healing.
